System Center 2012 Service Manager eğitiminde katılımcıların, BT organizasyonlarının destek hizmetlerini kesintisiz ve planlı bir şekilde yürütebilmesi için System Center 2012 Service Manager platformunun kurulması, yapılandırılması ve yönetimi konuları hakkında bilgi ve tecrübe sahibi olmaları amaçlanmıştır.
